Chris Kilcullen-Founder

Chris Kilcullen has dedicated his entire career to the hotel and restaurant industry. His journey began in the bar and restaurant space, where he developed a deep passion for how food can bring people together—a passion that grew as he helped his family run a BBQ restaurant in Dallas.

In the early 1990s, Chris launched a successful career in franchise development for a global hotel company, honing his expertise in brand development. In the late 1990s, he opened a restaurant in Frisco, TX, where he gained valuable insights into the hard work and dedication of the restaurant business. While raising his family, Chris returned to franchise development, serving as Vice President of Development for a major hotel company. Later, he transitioned to the brokerage side of the business, leading acquisitions for a non-traded REIT and overseeing hotel acquisitions for investors.

Chris is deeply committed to serving his community. He is the co-founder and board member of Kitchen One for One, a nonprofit food truck he launched with his partner, Mark, to support those in need in 2017.

Chris resides in Evergreen, Colorado, with his wife, Tyra. They have two grown children and recently welcomed their first granddaughter.

We are building a Board of Invested Leaders.

Wisdom comes from experience and the one thing that I have learned is there is strength in numbers. While we have a vision for this business, we are going to lean on our board with experience to minimize risk and capitalize on opportunities.

We want people who will challenge us with histories in hospitality, food and beverage, private equity, and real estate. Founders who have built successful companies and people who share our faith to steward this business and create an impact on the people and communities we serve.

This won’t be easy but we are expectant that the destination will be rewarding.
